Amazing views of Mt. Fuji both in the morning and afternoon. Meals were generous and delicious, with attention paid to details like sculptured ice bowls. The hot springs were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The staff was professional and helpful.

The room size was slightly small, which made it difficult to move around with all of our luggage. However, it didn't diminish our stay experience.

We visited that ryokan before and we loved service and the food. View of sunsets was stunning. A private kitchen was ok for us.

The room was beautifully furnished and the view was breathtaking. Another great advantage was the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

While we can’t say anything bad about our experience, we wish we could have stayed longer. The Christmas season made it a bit busier than we expected, but the staff managed it seamlessly and we still had a wonderful time.

I stayed at a hotel during my trip to the beautiful Kawaguchiko area. The hotel had a fantastic location just across the street from the lake with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable bedding and a private bath. The staff provided excellent service, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. there was a relaxing area to lounge and enjoy the beautiful views.

The surrounding area was noisy at times and disturbed my sleep on a few occasions.
